The location was our first priority, so that everything was in walking distance. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the pool area was awesome.

The noise from the street restaurants and bars could be heard from the rooms at night, but that is the price you pay to get the perfect location.

They dont clean the room properly

We definitely didn't expect to be on such a busy road, which was a good surprise. Plenty to do, loads of shops and bars. Bands play at night. They close the road during the evening so we had to walk a little bit away to get taxis. I've never seen a place become so alive at night, it was definitely an experience. Luckily we couldn't hear anything in our room. The rooms were very clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

I loved how centrally located the hotel is—right in the middle of all the action. Despite being on such a lively street, absolutely no noise comes into the room, which made my stay incredibly comfortable. The hotel is modern, clean, and just a few steps away from Khao San Road. I truly loved staying here.

An Absolute Gem Near Khaosan Road!This property truly is a real gem, offering exceptional value for the price point. From the moment I checked in, the experience was superb.The room itself was exactly as displayed on the website—cozy and radiating good vibes. Comfort was clearly a priority: the bed was perfectly comfortable, and the AC, lighting, and in-room safe all met high standards. I appreciated the smart design choice of having the bath and toilet in two separate facilities, and the hot water and shower pressure were absolutely superb, complemented by quality amenities.The location is unparalleled. We were situated within a small radius (5 to 6 kilometers or less) of all the major tourist attractions. The biggest surprise, however, was the proximity to the famously vibrant Khaosan Road—it was less than a two-minute walk away, yet not a single noise penetrated the room. This makes the property an absolute haven for light sleepers who still want to be in the heart of the action.Beyond the perfect room, the staff are super friendly and the pool was a great feature for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. Local conveniences abound, with many excellent food joints and a few 7/11 stores right on the corner. For getting around quickly, I highly recommend using the Grab app for taxis.Given the quality, comfort, service, and strategic, yet quiet, location, I will definitely be staying here again.

Overall, this hotel offers great value for money.My only suggestion for an upgrade to a true five-star experience would be the addition of an iron and ironing board in the rooms, though its absence didn't significantly impact my stay.Location Note: Be aware that while the hotel is affordable, the surrounding highly dense tourist area makes outside expenses (like dining and shopping) costly. However, a little caution and planning can help you manage your budget effectively. The rooms do not feature open windows or balconies, which I didn't mind. For guests with wet clothing, drying items might be a challenge, but this wasn't an issue during my visit.

Staff were friendly and efficient and were more than happy to help us with a small problem we had. Location was perfect, located in a picturesque street just minutes from Khaosan road. We had a street facing room and the noise was minimal. We came with our 12 year old son and the room was big enough for all 3 of us. Shower was good and the room was cleaned every day. The hotel was always well staffed and spotlessly clean. We never used the restaurant at night but the breakfast was good, usual choice you would expect. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would book again if we return to Bangkok

Location was great, a lot to do and see at night, despite being in the middle of everything we had a good night sleep. A quite nice hotel for the price, the pool was very nice.

Very modern comfortable room, excellent toilet, shower, and the bed was medium soft which was fabulous. The pool area was clean and the pool looked great. The staff were very friendly and professional.

The restaurant has a very loud band playing but fortunately this stopped around midnight. The clue was the ear buds left in the room for use when we checked in. Ask for a room pool side to avoid the late night noise.

Overall everything was okey and the location is very good. The breakfast was not perfect but also not so bad.

The pool was not so clean and the cleaning was so so. The tv is not compatible with iPhone and does not have e Netflix so we could not use it.

The staff were very nice, the common areas had a pleasant ambience, and the location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of the action, with everything just steps away.

The biggest issue was the noise. You can hear almost everything from the hallway and the connected room, and there was loud music from the bar downstairs until 2–3 am. This is expected given the busy location, but still disruptive. The room itself felt a bit run-down.
